Midea wanted to improve customer interaction and achieve targeted sales by issuing coupon through their promotional emails, including a limited -time offer. They main objective was to persuade existing customers to take action and acquire new customers through the offer.

Problem

Midea’s previous email campaigns didn’t grab attention or clearly highlight their offers. As a result, customers weren’t engaging with the emails, leading to low redemption rates for their discounts and special offers.

Solution

We designed a coupon-centered emailer that featured bold visuals, a clear call-to-action, and a prominent display of the discount offer. The design focused on simplicity and user-friendliness, ensuring customers could easily understand the offer and redeem their coupon online. The layout was optimized for mobile devices to reach customers wherever they were.

Results

The new coupon emailer appearance got the quick attention of the customers. The brand saw a considerable boost in the click-through rate of its email and a surge in coupon redemptions, driving a significant boost in product sales throughout the promotional period.
